| REGISTRATION Registration Fee: All in Fees in US Dollars For LOCAL students or residents, a certification from the training officer or college secretary of your institution is needed to avail of the discounted congress price. REGISTRATION FEES SHALL BE WAIVED FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH ACCEPTED PAPERS FOR PLATFORM AND POSTER PRESENTATION * For local delegates, contact the Congress Secretariat Registered delegates are entitled to: - Admission to the main scientific sessions upon presentation of Congress ID - Access to Congress Exhibits - Congress kit and materials - Opening ceremonies and welcome reception, fellowship and cultural night, closing ceremonies - Coffee breaks - LUNCH SHALL BE SERVED IN INDUSTRY SPONSORED SYMPOSIA ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS Accompanying persons are entitled to: - Access to congress exhibits upon presentation of ID - Opening ceremonies and welcome reception, fellowship and clutural night, closing ceremonies - Half day city tour Cancellation and Refund Policy Delegates who are unable to attend the APCAS 2008 after having paid their registration fee must give a written request to obtain a 50% refund on or before October 1, 2007. Requests beyond this date will no longer be honored. |
